Holy Smokes Festival | 2022 Edition
This year, I had the opportunity to attend the Holy Smokes Festival in North Charleston, South Carolina. Holy Smokes mission is to raise awareness and funds for families affected by pediatric brain cancer through the support of Hogs for the Cause. All donations will stay in Charleston to support MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House across the street.
The Roost Festival
The Roost Festival is New Englands Love Letter to Fall. The event takes place at the Stone Acres Farm in Southeast Connecticut and headlines names like Brad Leone, Andre Mac, and Rasheed Philips. The musical act, TALK put on a show and the whole event culminated in a house party at the 17th-Century house late into the night.
Smoke Sessions
Smoke Sessions is a collaboration between Masterbuilt, Home Depot and Kingsford which highlights the use of their products to create great dishes. Rasheed Philips returned, for his second year in a row, as a featured Pitmaster. Shooting for this series took place over three days and was yet another opportunity for me to work with some of the best in the business.
